Incidentally, I saw this the other day (Caffe Lucca in Halifax, Nova Scotia) and I now want to go and buy a coffee there.
Caffe Lucca in Nova Scotia with a genius analogue pisstake of an AI advert, with everything written on cardboard in marker pen, and several staff members' hands coming in with cups from out of the frame.

"We don't use AI for anything but we don't want to be left behind with so many restaurants churning out slick flyers. Here's our best made by humans approximation."

And here again is my favourite ever Batman poem...
Batman’s aff his nut
Have you seen the way he cuts aboot
Dressed up as a mad fuckin bat
Batterin guys
I was lit at:
“Mate, I’m worried aboot ye
I know your ma and da died
But everybody’s ma and da dies
And we’re no aw runnin aboot
Hookin muggers and
Kickin psychopaths in the baws.”
And that was when Batman went
“Aye, but do ye ever feel like it?
Do you ever look at the world and feel like it?
Like having a big mad base under your hoose?
Do you ever feel like drivin a big mad motor
that turns intae a tank?
And leatherin fuck oot of guys aw night?
Scarin the fuckin shite oot of them?”
And that’s when I was lit at:
“Aye. Fuck it. Ah dae.”
And that’s the Secret Origin of Robin
And everyone else.

A wise person on Twitter once said "I don't know what gluten's like but going by this gluten-free bread it must be fucking delicious", and judging by this stuff, the same may be true of palm oil.
A jar of Whole Earth "100% Nuts" peanut butter. It settles out into an unpleasant sludge layer and an unpleasant oil layer, so that you have to stir in any surface contaminants every time you eat some, making it worrisome from a food safety point of view if you don't plan to eat the lot in a couple of days.

In a book I'm reading, the protagonist has just gone into a café for a pot of decent tea accompanied by some good quality bread and butter, and there should be more cheap places where this is a normal thing to do.

Run out of the good spaghetti, so I'm probably going to Pasta Hell for this.
Half a portion of long spaghetti on the kitchen scales, along with half a portion of short spaghetti.
Pretty sure there's a verse in Leviticus expressly prohibiting this.

Our guy pulls up deep in the forest on his 2-speed bike. He’s flanked by tall dark trees and his path is blocked by a massive spider. He lets the Big Fella know it’s on. “Big Fella,” he says. “I fixed my 2-speed. You still wanna race.” Reader, you know Big Fella wants in on that action. Next slide.Against a starry night sky we see silhouettes of Big Fella and our man racing down a hill. It’s unclear in the drawing who will win but Big Fella is likely about to pull away.

"When I was 15, I spent a month working on an archeological dig.
One of the archeologists asked those kinds of 'getting to know you' questions you ask young people: Do you play sports? What's your favorite subject? And I told him, 'No, I don't play any sports. I do theater, I'm in choir, I play the violin and piano, I used to take art classes.' And he went, That's amazing!' And I said, 'But I'm not good at any of them.' And he said something then that I will never forget and which absolutely blew my mind: 'I don't think being good at things is the point of doing them. I think you've got all these wonderful experiences with different skills, and that all teaches you things and makes you an interesting person, no matter how well you do them.' And that honestly changed my life. Because I went from a failure, someone who hadn't been talented enough at anything to excel, to someone who did things because I enjoyed them. I had been raised in such an achievement-oriented environment, so inundated with the myth of talent, that I thought it was only worth doing things if you could 'win' at them."
