Well, well, well, here we go again. A tutorial is coming. In the meantime: we have found that Piezo1 adapts the endocytic machinery to sustain clathrin mediated endocytosis of EGFR on stiff substrates. No Piezo1, the textbook example of EGF triggering EGFR internalisation via CME goes kaputt.
