New preprint from Kaley Simcox in the Koutmou lab! She developed a HILIC-MS/MS approach for total tRNA sequencing, achieving 75–100% coverage for most isoacceptors - without ion-pairing reagents. This enabled the discovery of new modified positions on E. coli tRNAs. doi.org/10.64898/202...
