This is a good headline! It refuses to amplify the false claim by using "wrongly", and includes the truth in the headline for everyone who doesn't read the full story (which is mostly everyone). It's also compelling clickbait for those ad guys. Now do this all the time!

Because of gender and ethnic pay gaps in Aotearoa, Pacific women are now working for free until the end of the year. This election year, we need to vote for pay equity. It’s the only way to make sure that all working people are respected, valued, and paid what they’re owed. #nzpol

Worth remembering that if it costs the government $4.5b to reverse the gender pay tax, then it costs the women affected $4.5b to leave it in place.

Quite the study in contrasts! (Vibes-wise, which party would you rather be invited to?) #nzpol
A photo accompanying a RNZ story about Labour’s campaign launch today. A study in red and a dynamic scene - at the centre are Chris Hipkins and his partner Toni, hand in hand with their free arms in the air, against a backdrop of laser-like lighting. Behind them are deputy leader Carmel Sepuloni, and Willow-Jean Prime. A woman in Pasifika dress waves a sign saying “Free Doctor’s Visits.” A photo accompanying a RNZ story about National’s campaign launch today. The background is dark, almost “Vantablack” (a glowing outline of a door recalls the work of Anish Kapoor). We see a lineup of men in blue suits (one wearing a blue cap) reaching to shake hands with the leader Christopher Luxon, also in a blue suit. A disembodied flurry of pale hands at the lectern seem to be applauding the situation.

This is exactly how I talk about it too! I've seen Gen AI try to write good comms and it's always completely terrible (see - most of LinkedIn, a bunch of the newer FB 'nz politics influencer' types.
Screenshot of a tumblr post reading: recently my friend's comics professor told her that it's acceptable to use gen AI for script-writing but not for art, since a machine can't generate meaningful artistic work. meanwhile, my sister's screenwriting professor said that they can use gen AI for concept art and visualization, but that it won't be able to generate a script that's any good. and at my job, it seems like each department says that AI can be useful in every field except the one that they know best.

It's only ever the jobs we're unfamiliar with that we assume can be replaced with automation. The more attuned we are with certain processes, crafts, and occupations, the more we realize that gen AI will never be able to provide a suitable replacement. The case for its existence relies on our ignorance of the work and skill required to do everything we don't.
