#nzpol The economy is there to serve the people and communities in which it operates✊. To maintain that licence to operate the economy has two tasks🤔. Feed the people and house the people♥️. That is the measure of a successful economy🙂. Anything less is a failed economy😥. 🙏

#nzpol There's a reason there's a populist streak ... 'cos supermkts have lost their social licence. Call it woke, but there is heaps of literature about value of social licence. And, if lost, no amount of bleating will help. Bluntly, no one trusts you anymore🙏🏾. www.1news.co.nz/2026/10/04/p...

It's October 2026. Someone at Labour needs to better appreciate the fact that RCR explicitly promotes, week after week, month after month, w/out exaggeration, exactly the same violent extremism that the ChCh killer based his 'manifesto' on. This isn't a platform that should be engaged with. #nzpol

Let’s not forget that one of the main reasons the Taxpayer’s Union has enjoyed such oversized influence is the news media giving them an endless platform, to the extent that Stuff partnered with them on the “Ratepayers Report”, which was a thinly veiled TPU email harvesting operation
