I have potato rage. 😡 Alan bought a 10kg bag of spuds, thankfully it’s almost empty. The spuds have been hideous. Producers get away with it because you can’t see into the bag. At this point the ‘usable spud’ to ‘in the bin’ ratio is about 50/50.

Crap weather was an excuse, so I washed down back porch. It’s the entrance we use; amount of sand was ugh! There's 1 street & golf course between us & the sea, the wind's strong here, so huge amount of salt spray too. Tomorrow might do front of the house, which faces of the sea. Or I might not 😑

Alan’s very much a night owl. Often doesn’t get to the farm until 10am but works late. Has come home and had a 5pm coffee. Now he’s out mowing the lawns in the half light 🤦‍♀️

On leave today, so mainly art. Went to the supermarket & did a couple of odd jobs. Got home and discovered a large swipe of gel medium on my face. Fortunately it’s transparent, but shiny, so probably looked like I had food grease on my face 😂 😬

Right now, the richest pay $9 in tax for every $100 they make, while a teacher pays $22. The Greens would give 96% of earners an income tax cut, paid for not by cuts to public services, but ensuring the super wealthy pay their fair share.
