Somehow not everyone is aware of fact alluded to below. So one more time: John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett were all on GWBush 2000 'Florida Recount' team. (Which made GWB first prez in 112 yrs to 'win' after losing popular vote. Now they 'impartially' rule on our future.)

We're so back - Elon Musk came to the White House for a very important meeting!
What was the topic of discussion? We talked for hours, figuring out the key to saving the MAGA movement. We went through every possibility, looking far and wide for answers.
Once we figured it out, I began typing this email out to you.
You're not going to believe this...

Seattleites are most concerned about traffic safety because we all experience it regularly: narrowly missing getting hit while walking in a crosswalk, seeing people using center turn lanes as their personal speedway, etc. Most people also know someone who has died or been seriously injured:

Yeah. That’s exactly what happened.
After the hearing, Schmitt insisted he'd gotten nothing wrong, but he seemed less sure Smith had committed perjury.
"I don't know if Jack Smith's lying or not. It was the only game - Atlanta was the only NBA game or men's college basketball game that night at 7:30,

Interesting point from Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies.
"Rising losses of older households will likely mean that less new construction will be needed to accommodate new households than in years past, but only if the units given up by older households are smoothly returned to the stock, rather than lost to obsolescence or in need of significant rehabilitation. As such, managing the growing number of vacated units will be a concern for both the public and private sectors in the decades ahead, with major implications for neighborhoods and markets, home prices, rents, and housing affordability more broadly."

This is a good illustration of why "distracted" is a bit of a euphemism. Distraction means you aren't paying your full attention. But we lose all situational awareness when scrolling our phones, and we know from studies of pilots, it doesn't come back that quickly even in an emergency.
