Tackled the first two days of #Pouchtober - Ant-Man and Green Goblin - in one drawing. Now, if I don't take the next 29 days off, I may even been able to beat the sum total of drawings I managed last October!

I loved Ramona Fradon, who would have been 100 today, and the horror shorts she drew for House of Mystery, House of Secrets, et al. So when I got a commission, I asked for Cain and Abel. She returned not just a character drawing but this delightful one-panel gag that captures their relationship.

Today is the birthday of artist Ramona Fradon (Oct. 2, 1926-Feb. 24, 2024). Most known for cocreating Metamorpho and her work on Aquaman, Superfriends, Plastic Man, and the comic strip Brenda Starr, Reporter.

Fradon holding my copy of a Metamorpho collection she had just signed for me at a convention.

A commission she did of Aquaman's wedding and three comic books she did the covers and/or the interior art for: The Brave and the Bold #66, featuring Metamorpho and the Metal Men, Superfriends #28, and Plastic Man #19.
