My biggest advice for youngsters: take pictures of the places that matter to you. Your home, your bedroom, your classrooms, the stores you frequent, etc. You'll probably have plenty of pictures of the people in your life, but the spaces change and disappear, and they're a wonder to revisit.

Offer them water. Ask if they need something with sugar but ALSO ask if they need something with salt. Electrolytes like LMNT or Liquid IV are very helpful. Don’t try to get them to stand.
