The new Cycling Plan of Paris just announced is detailed here (in French). Here is an automatic translation of the summary : www.paris.fr/pages/amenag...
Key points to remember

> €200 million: to amplify the transformation of public space, strengthen travel safety and increase parking availability for all needs
> 140 km of cycle routes: to improve network continuity
> 220 km of two-way cycle paths: to complete the network
> 420 additional intersections to be made safer, including 56 by 2027
> A brigade dedicated to combating motorized violence and strengthening the protection of road users
> New devices to combat blind spots: testing external audible warning devices on the City's collection bins
> An evolution of national regulations led by Paris: strengthening the safety of heavy goods vehicles, drawing inspiration from the London experience
> Creating signage for the cycle network to better guide cyclists and identify the main cycle network.
