The Friends of Carrington Moss and other local community groups proposed an alternative solution to the eastern part of the Carrington Relief Road to Trafford in March 2021. For more than 5 years, they have repeatedly requested that this solution be considered... actionnetwork.org/petitions/pl...

National Highways has just confirmed 250 locations where they will stop toxic outfalls pouring road runoff into sensitive watercourses. Your pressure worked! The number of locations went 👆🏽from 182 to 250 with funding in place in RIS3. But, that funding is now under threat 🧵
