As a student, I used to get the overnight train down to Ruapehu on a Friday night, ski Saturday and Sunday, and make it back up to Auckland for 8 am lectures. Trains just make so so much more possible 💚🚆

🌡 August #C3S Climate Bulletin reports that August was the joint-warmest month on record & 1.65°C above the estimated pre-industrial level.
