First ever tattoo, aged 43. I love how it turned out, and feel weirdly proud of myself for doing it. This is a Delta. So yes, it's mostly a celebration of the doggo who rocked my 🌏 But I also love that in physics, it's used to represent a change (or difference). Which is the only constant in life 😊

This is a poignant read. I loved learning Irish in school - I did Irish debating too & kept hold of some of my language thru uni, thanks to chats with gaeilgeoirí friends. But I've hardly spoken a word of it in 20+ years - a fact I've become acutely aware of - since beginning to learn te reo Māori

A gentle reminder that if we miss the 1.5°C target (and we certainly will), the next target is 1.51°C and not 2°C. We need to keep fighting. Every tonne of CO₂ emitted makes the job of future CO₂ removal harder, and every 0.01°C of temperature increase makes the world more chaotic and dangerous.
