Interesting new paper in @wepsocial.bsky.social by Yoda&Atsumi showing that "the positive association between pro-redistribution and pro-immigration attitudes is weaker among earlier cohorts." In other words: the number of left-authoritarian voters decreases across generations.

One of the things I like about reviewing/grading papers is that I get to see how AI interpret my (or others') work. It is mostly funny, and I get to ask myself if I ever wrote anything like that (the answer is almost always no).

I spent some time in Clacton this morning and came back with three thoughts regarding the elections: 1. Some of us forget the poll respondents are real people with real problems. The ppl of Clacton deserve a real representative that cares for them.
