Why won't the Trump regime tell us what border czar Tom Homan did with the $50,000 he took in an FBI sting operation that was caught on video? If he kept it, did he pay taxes on it, or is the regime letting him commit a 2nd crime on top of the 1st crime? Let's not forget about this.
ms.now
Tom Homan was investigated for accepting $50,000 from undercover FBI agents. Trump's DOJ shut it down.
The FBI and Justice officials closed the investigation, which a Justice Department appointee had called a “deep state” probe in early 2025.

exceptional article, I think this gets at the heart of why Minneapolis is such a target for the Trump admin even above & beyond other liberal American cities
"It is intolerable to a Pelley or Smith or Trump that a city that was once nearly entirely white, Protestant, and Northern European could transform into a polyglot hub with large Somali, Mexican, Hmong, and Vietnamese populations. It is intolerable to MAGA that liberals and progressives hold nearly every elected office of consequence in Minnesota, and that they have vociferously—sometimes profanely—rejected white solidarity to defend minority communities. It is intolerable to MAGA that civil society continues to thrive in Minneapolis through liberal religious congregations, vigorous labor unions, vibrant ward politics, and engaged neighborhood associations—the very groups that have mounted the sustained, nonviolent opposition to ICE’s invasion. It is intolerable to MAGA that Minneapolis never chose Pelley’s way or Smith’s way, and now rejects the MAGA way."

There’s a lesson here about writing in the age of weaponized lies: Always precede false claims with giant red text, ideally wrapped in a <blink> tag, that says “THIS IS A LIE I AM REFUTING!!” But also, why is a book that makes this kind of lazy, bad-faith argumentation getting any accolades at all?

Scoping review about pathogenesis, risk factors, and treatment of venous and arterial thrombosis in coronavirus infection

🔥An international review(→September 2024), let’s use it to refresh your knowledge, although the most recent science updates are obviously missing, this should still help many!

“Studies show that when someone gets infected with SARS-CoV-2, their blood becomes more likely to form clots because of several factors, such as problems with the blood vessel lining, increased immune activity, and an imbalance in the clotting system.”

➡️Pathogenesis:
- SARS-CoV-2 induces hypercoagulability through direct endothelial infection (via ACE2 receptors), leading to endothelialitis, release of von Willebrand factor, and procoagulant factors.
