I understand due to WDAS’s recent track record (Encanto and Zootopia 2 not withstanding) and the marketing isn’t doing the film favors, a lot of it feels like it’s just wanting it to be as hated as Wish was, especially with the Owl House comparisons and making stuff up in regards to how it’s made.

There's a good chance that no studio would've taken a risk on Sinners had it not been for Ryan Coogler's proven history with IPs like Creed and Black Panther. Dude's beyond talented regardless of course, but the point is, there's a symbiotic relationship to be had with originals and IPs.

In a just world, Transformers One would have been a kickstart into a whole movie series. Or at least a Prequel Trilogy with Movie 2 dealing with the Quintissons and Movie 3 all about the Cybertron Civil War ending with the Ark launching. Setting up the potential for a Second Trilogy set on Earth.

Speaking of the Ghibli Park, Totoro was central to it from long before it opened. Satsuki and Mei's House, a replica of the old country house from Totoro, was built for Expo 2005 outside Nagoya. It gave visitors a chance to see a careful recreation of rooms and other details from the film. [10/11]

Satsuki and Mei's House reopened to the public after the expo ended. When the Ghibli Park was built on the former expo site, the house formed the basis of Dondoko Forest, one of the first three park areas to open. That means you can see it for yourself - and you can even arrive by Catbus! [11/11]
