I see this all the time: “oh, I just use grammarly” or “I just use [service with “optional” AI] without the AI parts.” There is no “without the AI parts”. Unless you have scoured the TOS and can absolutely verify a separation, they’re all being fed to the beast (and I don’t trust companies).
