I've officially sentenced my PS5 to media player jail. I no longer want any of my headspace to be taken up by Sony's gaming ecosystem; it drains, distracts, and distresses me. Any of my backlog still left on it will simply go on my Steam wishlist and bought when on a great sale. I'm done.

Finally checked out Obsession. Uh, yeah, scary shit. Great movie, but completely unrewatchable for me. I see what people meant about Bear, but I was WAY more upset about Sandy the Cat. That was utter tasteless shock, and should've been completely cut. Leave the poor fur babies alone, GOD DAMN IT.

Tbh, my passion for GTA peaked in grade school. That was the only period in my life where playing as a morally agnostic thug in a cynical city was a fun novelty. Now it's just...whatever. One of very few franchises I've legitimately grown out of. Hope y'all have fun with VI, but I ain't about it.

Picked an awkward time and platform to finally experience Sea of Stars. Physical PS5 copy, halfway through, story twists unraveling...RIGHT as the Playstation Blackout starts. I may love this game more than I hate Sony, but there's no way I'm not joining the cause. Extra scripting time, at least.

Mario Kart World, DK bananza, kirby air riders, pokopia, Star Fox, Splatoon raiders, New Fire emblem, Zelda OOT remake, new xenoblade, pokemon generation 10...all released or announced in the FIRST damn year. If said games don't appeal to you, just say that. But it inarguably has a wide library.

I lowkey miss the days when Nintendo was my only current gen console platform. Before 2018, I only ever indulged in Playstation or Xbox after it's run, or through a friend when current. Honestly? I enjoyed that more. Gave my priorities more space while minimizing sunk-cost disappointment.
