Why do these chuds keep talking about "solving" stuff which isn't a problem? No wonder their only friends in the world are AI if they can't even casually listen to music without creating some sort of problem for themselves.

These anonymous MPs saying it's 'electoral suicide' to tinker with the triple lock. Exactly the type who got us into this mess: unwilling to lead, unwilling to recognise reality for fear of offending voters, unwilling to solve long-term problems if it presents the slightest short-term risk.

Pope Innocent III,who died in 1216, spoke of a certain kind of older man, who is "easily provoked", "will believe anything and question nothing", is "stingy and greedy" and "praises the good old days and hates the present." Reform UK's voter base has been knocking around for a very long time.

The Piddington thing must be so annoying for twee British film producers as "village declares independence" is the perfect setup except for the toxic racism.

Annoying thing about the whole Piddington thing is that I wrote a synopsis for a novel that I was *DEFINITELY* going to write that was basically that but with less racism.

I long for a FAFO government that crushes the pogroms, bankrupts Reform, takes GB News off the air, knocks off the nonsense in the BBC and puts a hard border round those wankers in Piddington...

Society is in a free fall because anything goes. Sports betting. Betting on ANYTHING. Stores, credit cards, streaming services - all want your personal information, you can’t look up something without getting 200 ads popping up for crap you don’t want. Robo-calls. Do-not-call registries do zero.

Seems to me that tech bros are hijacking the narrative to claim Some Mysterious and Uncontrollable Thing is being created, even as they continue to create The Very Thing. At this development stage, there is 0% chance that AI destroys humanity. There's a decent chance humanity destroys humanity.

In the BBC, the Electoral Commission and Ofcom, the UK's far-right has three very willing little helpers. But it does not have to be that way. All it needs is a government to remind them of their responsibilities. Sadly, we don't have one of those.

A longstanding issue in governance of the UK is that regulators are simply toothless. OfCom is a great example. We have a regulatory system where regulators don’t regulate.

Imagine Labour were in opposition and two very senior shadow cabinet members, seen as leadership rivals to the leader, had resigned within days of each other. Think how that would be reported - the tone, frequency, and prominence. Now tell me the media landscape is not skewed in this country.

Think generally one of the things about being Very Online is you see a lot of controversies/scandals about people that normies don't - and so normies have a very glossed opinion of what is going on with certain people.

One of the main areas of journalism I regular avoid is opinion pieces. Long learnt it’s often just similar types with no expertise on what they espouse, being paid (or signing off) something topical either a bit of controversy. The spectator here saying they didn’t hound Arday? 🤔

Reform’s electoral record at parliamentary by-elections: win by five votes when the previous Labour MP had literally decked one of his constituents. Lose. Lose. Lose. Lose. Lose. Beat a novelty candidate with no ground game while doing worse than the Tories in the same seat in 2019.

£5million for his security and Farage pretends he’s been threatened and won’t turn up to thank the people who managed his monstrous tantrum by-election, staying up through the night counting votes… or the voters who let him get away with his gross abuse of power. From start to end, an epic disgrace.

And I continue to think a) politicians shouldn't endorse calls for other politicians to be killed *even when it looks like it's probably a joke* b) Farage has tried to make the idea that he's uniquely under threat of violence because the left hate him part of his strategy, maybe don't help him?

Have the British public always been so self centred? I’m staggered by how many people I’ve seen saying ‘I don’t use buses so what good is that?’ Or ‘pubs aren’t for me so who cares?’ Millions of people do use each and they are both pretty vital for our economy and society

We’re sourcing our reshuffle news from an alternate timeline of the 1980s…
To summarise yesterday evening, Mr Benn is out of the Cabinet, Mr Healey has returned to the Cabinet and Mr Kinnock has joined the Cabinet for the first time.

Quoted as an image because it’s a friend’s joke from Facebook and I can’t take credit for it.
