How do new projects get added to the grid? They apply to a network owner. These are the companies that own and maintain the physical aspects of the grid - the wires and cables - that transport our energy around. In the UK this is all privatised, so there are lots of different network owners.

It’s notable that almost all of the political press is playing along with this and they aren’t doing their feral meltdown. I could take guesses at why that is, and the main one is: they’re going to get things they like and want, and very few other people will.

Huh, looks like even Pep was caught up in City's BILLION DOLLAR CHEATING
During the 2017-18 season, Pep Guardiola's second in charge of the team, City recorded
£145.73 million ($192.4m) in commercial revenue, with only £11 million ($14.5m) paid by
sponsors and the remaining £134.73 million ($178m) paid by the owners, which is against
Premier League rules.

In fact, these are scenes we have not seen on British streets. Immigration needs to be deal with, I will be the first to say that and we are dealing with it. The boat crossings have been halved since six years ago, net migration is down massively.

As I was discussing with @thehumancentipeeb.bsky.social yesterday, a Robert Egger's film about agents of the republic going into rural French villages and doing massive violence to find who's hiding fairies would slap.
A tweet and quote tweet. The original tweet reads "In French folklore, the disappearance of fairies and other supernatural figures from the countryside is attributed to the Revolution of 1789. The quote tweet has Tinkerbell saying "I'm a fairy which means I help the farmers" next to her is a picture of Robespierre holding a knife saying "IM FUCKING ROBESPIERRE I DONT FUCKING CARE IM GOING TO TAKE YOUR SHIT AND THEN KILL YOU".

A man masturbated during a flight while staring at the 25 year old sitting next to him. He should have been removed from the seat and arrested at the gate. This was sexual assault. Shame on the airline for putting the responsibility to report it on a traumatized young woman.

Passenger says United ‘trapped’ her next to a man who masturbated on flight. Then the airline let him leave.
The woman said she was told she had to return to her seat during landing in spite of the sexual harassment she reported because there were no other available seats.
