Saw the used for like 5 bucks at a shitty literal underground club back in like 02 or something. 10cent beers at the local pool hall. Beer pong tournaments took over most of the local bars on Friday nights. Went to college and worked at least 30 hours a week. The best of times.

I find it useful to frame this as PR against caregiving, rather than contrarianism. It’s the giving a shit about people they can’t stand. Saw it during covid, see it now.
