I’ve lived & worked whilst with #ME/CFS for over 8 years. I’ve had to redesign every aspect of my life. Hard to get across just how destabilising living with this is & how complex it is finding support of any kind. Diagnosis is by exclusion, symptoms are multifaceted, treatment almost non-existent

Hereweka / Harbour Cone is a Elevation: 315 metres (1,033 feet) above sea level, making it one of the highest points on the Otago Peninsula.Geology: A remnant cap of hard rock from the ancient Dunedin shield volcano, rather than a standalone vent.Name Origin: Named Pukemata (pointed hill) in Māori, with the surrounding landscape historically called Hereweka after the native flightless woodhen.
