Whatever you do, don't smoke an entire brisket at a job interview, it's a lot of equipment to bring in, it takes a really long time to do it right and those conference rooms have notoriously poor ventilation

Took some weightlifting equipment out of my garage & loaded up my little truck to drive it to a friend. Looked like if the Joads were super into getting swole.
