When we hate on these disgusting immoral evil billionaires it’s bc just look at everything Dolly did. They could be doing that. They could just be helping people and every day they choose not to help people. They choose to harm. And when they die, we’ll dance and laugh and be thankful they’re gone.

Jason Kenney hopefully amplifying reports that Carney might be open to privatizing our healthcare. If this ends up having even a lick of truth — which there is no reason to believe right now — it would be horrifying for our country. Don’t even think about it, Carney. Please.
Jason Kenney tweets “encouraging if true” in response to a post from second street.org, which is a group I’m not familiar with but is apparently a free market ideology think tank lol. More on their post in the next pic and alt textSecondStreet.org, which is apparently a free market think tank, posts on Twitter alongside a photo of carney: “Prime Minister Carney is taking a different approach to provincial health care reform.
Rather than discouraging innovation, his government appears open to Alberta testing policies already used in many high-performing universal health care systems around the world - including the policy of letting patients choose between using the public system or paying for private treatment.
When millions of Canadians struggle to access care, new ideas deserve a fair hearing.

This is some genuinely psycho shit...
Pam Bondi loves dogs. Always had them, one after another. She got involved with dog shelters and dog rescue, and once pulled off to the side of a busy road and got out of her car to chase down a stray. Another dog she helped was a Saint Bernard named Master Tank. She adopted him from a shelter after he was lost during Hurricane Katrina in 2005, not long after her own Saint Bernard had died. The story has been told but bears repeating. Master Tank belonged to Steve and Dorreen Couture and their grandson, who was 4, recovering from the murder-suicide of his parents and losing his dog during the storm. Bondi said the dog was a “walking skeleton” and “dying from heartworms” when she adopted him. The Coutures eventually tracked down Master Tank, but instead of giving him back, Bondi hired a lawyer, who accused the Coutures of abusing the dog, which Bondi had renamed Noah. “She lied,” Dorreen told a Palm Beach Post columnist years later. “My little grandson begged her to take the dog home, and she refused. She thought she would just wear us down. That we were unstable people and would just quit.” The case was settled out of court, with Bondi securing visitation rights, but she never did visit. She got another dog.

A post on threads from user stephens_bens. And without missing a beat, Buscemi replied "I'm carrying *two* skateboards."
And you know what? He is.'

Spotted a baby alligator in the Charles
Salamanders
Yesterday on my run, I was flabbergasted to spot this tiny alligator hanging out in Turtle Pond (on the Charles River bike path. My assumption is that he is someone's pet who was either lost or dumped (but he still gave me QUITE a jump scare at 7AM). I called Animal Control and was sent to voicemail - hopefully someone can grab him before it gets too cold. From instagram, it looks like some other folks have spotted him along the river too.Joe's Crazzy Critters • Follow

Tonight NBC10 Boston contacted me for an interview regarding the small American alligator that was spotted in the Charles River near Back Bay. After the interview, more information was shared about the location the alligator was last seen. So, I grabbed a head lamp and flashlight and took a ride into Boston.
With the cold temps, the alligator had very low chances of surviving. With some luck and a couple of bright flashlights after 15 minutes I found the Boston alligator. I was able to capture him safely and he will be warm and housed until we get more information and instructions on what's next for this little guy. Meet Charles, the baby alligator who made quite the splash in Boston this week! ?
Thanks to the quick action (and above-and-beyond dedication) of Joe's Crazzy Critters, Charles was safely rescued from the cold water of the Charles River last night and brought to us for care. Our veterinarians Greg, Harry, and Tess examined him today and determined he has an upper respiratory infection. He's now getting antibiotics and a warm, safe place to recover.
Alligators don't belong in New England, and it's likely Charles was released by someone who couldn't care for him anymore. If you ever find yourself in that position, please call us and we are happy to work with you find a humane solution. Never release a pet into the wild.
The Odd Pet Vet is dedicated to giving every creature the expert care they deserve. If you your scaled, furred, or feathered family member needs a check-up, give us a call!
