We can extrapolate based on the amount of people on death row who have been exonerated and released that at least 3-5% of them are innocent. Having it in place simply as a method of revenge for families is not worth even one of their lives. Not even close.

Pretty clear to me there’s a very good case against this man for mass murder, and I’m saying that in as measured a fashion as I can. He’s order the killing of 234 people under no plausible war or legal justification. I am skeptical he will ever face legal accountability for til his but he should.

How are there any defenders of the Roberts Court left? I can think of only two reasons: 1) Hates democracy, disdains rule of law, hopes for permanent overthrow of the Constitution, glad to see more backsliding 2) Deep denial, a psychological and/or professional need to pretend 1 isn’t happening

really think it should be a bigger deal that all of these very wealthy men are throwing their money around explicitly in demand of a poll tax. seems like a big deal that billionaires are saying out loud that they don't want certain citizens to vote. thats just my opinion
