They renovated a floor that was above patent space but part of the mechanical room. The bathroom was huge, nice wide door too. Except the only access to the floor was by stairs or with a winch through trap doors. 010

If I step outside, a chorus erupts! After I fill the feeder, even if I am outside, the complaints are significantly reduced. 010
