Summer Research Programs for Undergraduate Students
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center offers several 10-week research immersion programs in NYC across the biomedical sciences. These paid internships provide cutting edge research experiences, workshops, and mentorship to the next generation of cancer scientists.

Some host labs are located at Weill Cornell Medicine or Rockefeller University.
Benefits of all Programs
Students in each summer program will:
•Obtain hands-on research experience in cutting-edge wet and computational laboratories
•Interact with faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students
•Attend a seminar series of presentations by faculty
•Participate in skill development workshops to hone presentation and interview skills
•Present at the summer research symposium at the end of
the program
•Receive a stipend of $6,500 and housing

Program Dates
Programs will run from June 2, 2025, through August 8, 2025.
How to Apply
MSK seeks current undergraduate sophomores and juniors who
are majoring in STEM disciplines to apply to our summer research programs. We strongly encourage students from groups historically underrepresented in science to apply.
The application will open in November 2024 and students must complete and submit the online application by February 3, 2025.
Eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
