This is absolutely fascinating - and quite addictive, I've drawn a range of girls, born from 775BC to 1994AD, two died before the age of 2 one of whom as a neonatal. Sobering.

I don’t think there’s ever been a clearer example of the British media bullying someone, who was so clearly vulnerable, to death so shamelessly in my lifetime for engagement and clicks And now we’ll have to watch the people that did it claim they’re shocked, and horrified Revolting

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. I crowdsourced and then finalized this document "How to disable or avoid intrusive AI" and then gave it a short URL: notoai.org Please pass along if it's useful

Nigel Farage has made a career out of ‘taking back control’ - but he is not being straight with the British people about who controls him. Today, I have written to the Standards Commissioner to urge that the latest Sunday Times revelations are investigated.

Tesco is extending its Kids Eat Free scheme to 7 days a week over the summer, where children get a free meal with an adult purchase, but honestly, this detail about how small the adult purchase can be broke my heart.
The Café and The Coffee Shop in Tesco will be offering one free Kids Hot Meal Deal, Kids Breakfast or Kids Pick ‘n’ Mix deal with any full price adult purchase when they scan their Tesco Clubcard. **The adult purchase could be something as small as an apple costing just 65 pence.** And with no limit to the number of Kid’s meals you can redeem, families of all sizes can benefit too.

Meanwhile, we're in a fossil fuel supply crisis. Meanwhile, the Tories and Reform want to scrap Net Zero. grid.iamkate.com

I have never seen anything in politics to match Mandelson’s betrayal. He betrayed his colleagues, his party and his country just so he could suck up to Epstein and the bankers who had crashed the world economy. It’s staggering Piece here comment.press/o3o2mandy

@camself.bsky.social Presuming you to be the expert on all things Norfolk: my late Mum grew up in W Norfolk between the wars, Mum always spoke of 'Old Year's Night' rather than NYE. Is this a Norfolk dialect/cultural thing (commemorate the old and not rush to the new) or just her family oddness?
