New paper out in Nucleic Acids Research @narjournal.bsky.social 🧬 We show that RhsF, a T6SS-delivered Rhs toxin from Chromobacterium violaceum, is an ADP-ribosyltransferase (TreThr) that selectively modifies charged tRNAThr(GGU), blocking ACC codon decoding. academic.oup.com/nar/article/...
