The real measure of a charity being a scam or not is the % of their budget that goes towards programs. This is a metric that the ASPACA also fails miserably, with only about 7% going to actual programs providing services to animals. They are a fundraising machine, disguised as a charity.

Tiktok objectively has better content and functionality than any other platform and has created communities of people who support each other in real, measurable way. It is often also incredibly wholesome in ways I think our society really needs. The ban is a huge loss for individual US voices.
