Australians shouldn’t be bluffed by businesses claiming they’ll go broke due to credit card charges ending. Before paying by card streamlined their accounting procedures businesses had costs associated with cash handling and security. They survived. #AusPol

British people will walk past a Starbucks, Burger King, Costa Coffee, Taco Bell, Blank Street and not even notice. Then they'll see an independent shop called Al-Badr Supermarket and cry about how the UK is being taken over by foreigners.

Another fake quote. Please check and verify before posting. If we can't be accurate, progressives will be branded with the same fake slop label as right justifiably do. (This may be the plan). I'm not admonishing - I've reposted things that have turned out fake - but we must all be vigilant.
Graphic with purported Ursula K. Le Guin quote about Musk that is simply made up. Insulting to her legacy (there are some cracking genuine quotes from her) and cluttering SM with rubbish.

This gets said constantly, but it worth reiterating: Games Workshop being bigger than fishing is important to shout about because you wouldn't know it from government talking points, which are rarely about anything creative or artistic. Growth won't involve fish or steel, it will involve goblins.

Just for a moment, consider how tragic it is that the Prime Minister of Australia is unwilling to acknowledge that the US today can not be relied upon, does not share our values and is taking advantage of us. That seems to be the minimum we should expect of our leaders. Truth and protection.
