This is why domestic "shuffle" flights between ICE detention centers have skyrocketed, much moreso than ICE deportation flights. When you are moved to a different jurisdiction, you have to refile your habeas petition all over again. They want to wear people down so they'll give up on their cases.

The only reasonable implication of saying this is he must be removed from office. That's a binary yes/no. To explicitly say no would be insane. To studiously avoid saying either way makes the allegation seem cynical and insincere. There's no splitting "he's a child rapist" from "he must be removed."

You can’t deport citizens. Some naturalized citizens can be denaturalized after a felony conviction. He is describing expulsion, a crime against humanity. It should not be subject to negotiation. Primary the entire leadership. Get them out of office if they won’t defend our rights.
