Why it's worth not pulling the "oh it's a different district" or "awkward joke" excuses about transphobic Dems. *Any* indulgence of transphobia is too much.
We want them walking on eggshells, regarding anything that might even be perceived as anti-trans — in word or deed — as political suicide.
