I think a lot of Canadians assumed the Black maternal health disparities we hear about in the US weren’t really happening here. Turns out, we have a problem too. New Canadian data found Black people had a 66% higher risk of severe maternal morbidity than White people.

The fossil fuel companies various governments in Canada are busy shoveling money at ARE 60% OWNED BY AMERICANS. There is a global extinction going on caused in large part by the burning of fossil fuels. The existing mess left by oil production would cost at least $300 BILLION to clean up.
