That's the point. This is mostly about the 2027 provincial election, the UCP is aiming for messy outcomes blocked by Indigenous Treaty rights, the constitution, etc, which they will use for political arson and rage farming. Then in 2027 they run as the only party that can compromise with the klan.

Alberta is a weird place. Every family has someone in the oil industry or who indirectly benefits from it. So, the same person who would be pro climate action in Vancouver is a champion of oil & gas in Calgary. They are a product of their (dirty) environment.
