The judge explicitly said that the video led to him giving a longer sentence in his ruling. Everyone quotes the "showed forgiveness" fragment out of context in the media, but if you read the ruling it's 1) The AI picture is a very nice man (shows forgiveness) 2) Therefore, that makes killing him
