Anyway I got my official autism diagnosis a month ago and I’m in that phase other people have described where the mask drops and you’re even more autistic. I kinda love it tbh but neurotypicals still manage to ask or say clumsy hurtful things and I want them to leave me alone for a bit.

Okay kinda embarrassing to ask this after so long but does everybody get the little watermark in the bottom right of their vision, "This mortal body is not invested with an immortal soul. Go to settings to activate." It's working fine I don't want to break it.

The proposals at Chapelcross will make it the largest data centre in the world. At its peak, it could be consuming the same amount of electricity as more than 2 million homes. Chapelcross cannot be built. The Government and Dumfries & Galloway Council must reject it. @scottishgreens.org

Do I have any Glasgow friends free on Saturday who want to try out a photo scavenger hunt around the city centre? It's a bit rough and I have probably miscalibrated the difficulty. I have not done a thing like this before and this is kind of a playtest.
Game Rules
Objective
The object of the game is, as part of a team, to find and replicate photographs which were taken around Glasgow, in a limited space of time.
Play zone
The play zone is a quadrilateral drawn between the center of George Square, the midpoint in the river between the South Portland Street Suspension Bridge and the Victoria Bridge, the Tidal Weir at Glasgow Green, and High Street train station, marked in red and labelled with a bird. (An image illustrates this. The red silhouette of a small perching bird marks the middle of the region.)
Goal photographs
Each player will receive the same sheet of 36 photographs at the start of the day. All the photographs were taken somewhere in the play zone.(The goal photographs paragraph is illustrated with an example sheet. A six by six grid of square photos uses the letters G through L and 7 through 12. It is marked prominently with the text "EXAMPLE".)
Teams
Players may form teams of any size.
Mascots
Every team will be given a soft toy as a mascot. You may bring your own. Your team may only have one mascot. Mascots will receive participation ribbons.
Taking photographs
You must try to recreate as many of the goal photographs as you can, with your team mascot in frame, wearing its ribbon. You must match the framing of the photographs, including the same major background or foreground elements, such as buildings, statues or street signs. Your mascot does not need to be in focus.
Navigation and exploration
You may use Google Maps or an equivalent service for search and navigation. You may not click into the "photos" tab or scroll to view photos beyond those that first appear on screen when viewing a search result.
You may not use Street View or any equivalent service.A map of Glasgow city centre from OpenStreetMap. It has been overlaid with four coloured quadrants: yellow with a bell centred around Sauchiehall Street, green with a tree around the Strathclyde and City College campuses, red with a bird around the merchant city, and blue with a fish around central station.

Three panel comic. Panel 1: a man is standing in front of an older gentleman walking his dog in the park. The man, making a friendly gesture towards the little white dog, asks, “does he bite?” The older man replies, “no.” Panel 2: the little dog grabs the first man’s hand with his paw and gives the back of his hand a sensual smooch. Panel 3: the man pulls his hand back in disgust.

The image is of a four panel comic.
In panel one we see Sarah, the protagonist, lying in bed with the lights out. She says, "Is everyone ready for sleep?"
In panel two we see a brain, heart, and stomach. They say, "Yes!" "Yup!" and "Yep!"
In panel three we see a bladder, squirming. A speech panel says "Bladder?"
In panel four the bladder looks up. It says, weakly, "I don't know".

I've never seen such an effort to censor a document as I have the Amnesty International report on gender critical groups because of JK Rowling. They removed the report from the Wayback Machine and now I got a DMCA strike on my Google Drive for having it. It was deleted and removed from my account.
A screenshot of an email viewed in dark mode with the subject line "Google DMCA Violation." The email from Google informs the recipient that they have received a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) that some of their materials allegedly infringe on copyrights. It explains the removal process, mentions that notice details will be posted on Lumen, warns against repeated violations, and lists one affected Google Drive URL at the bottomA nearly identical mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. It shows a search for the same Amnesty International UK resources URL, resulting in the same message: "This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine."A mobile browser screenshot of the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine. Well this seems interesting and unsurprising archive.ph/vB0BP
Then there is the claim that ADHD is a social construct, not a neurodevelopmental condition. This is something Pemberton concludes after talking to neuroscientist Katya Rubia at King’s College London. Rubia says that while there is evidence of differences between the brains of people with ADHD and neurotypical people at the group level, it isn’t possible to diagnose ADHD from a brain scan.
She is right, of course. You can’t diagnose ADHD from brain scans. The same can be said for most, if not all, psychiatric and neurodevelopmental conditions. Most of these, like ADHD, are diagnosed by assessing symptoms and the effect they have on a person’s everyday ability to function. “My interview was hours long and they cherry-picked the bits that suited their push for presenting ADHD as a myth,” Rubia told New Scientist. “Biased programs like this one that push their view of ADHD as a mythical entity are irresponsible and will have detrimental effects.”

In terms of emotional volatility, perimenopause is much like puberty except that in puberty you’re like “one day this will be over, I will have boobs and be an adult” and now it’s just “one day this will be over, I will have no labia, my vagina might fall out, I will get osteoporosis and die.”
