Clonal driver neoantigen loss under EGFR TKI and immune selection pressures - Nature
We show the evolution of a case of EGFR mutant lung cancer treated with a combination of erlotinib, osimertinib, radiotherapy and a personalized neopeptide vaccine targeting somatic mutations, including EGFR exon 19 deletion.

How to do differential expression with scRNAseq data? State of the art is "pseudo-bulk" analysis with RNA-seq methods like edgeR or DESeq2, where "cell type" is encoded as discrete categories. Biologically, discrete categories are not always the most appropriate concept.(1/3) doi.org/10.1038/s415...

Interesting work, it's becoming clear that @santiagozelenay.bsky.social's 2015 work on the COX-PGE axis' role in tumor immune evasion is robust (and also that we really need to focus on type I IFN in anti-tumor immunity). #Immunology #Immunotherapy #Immunosky

Cyclooxygenase-Dependent Tumor Growth through Evasion of Immunity
Cyclooxygenase-driven prostaglandin E2, produced by a variety of tumors, drives malignant growth through successful evasion of type I interferon and/or T-cell-dependent tumor elimination. A remarkable synergy between cyclooxygenase inhibitors and checkpoint blockade immunotherapy results in tumor eradication.
