It's actually right next to it in the updated code of practice

Examples of stereotypes in relation to religion or belief are that persons who
hold or manifest certain gender-critical beliefs necessarily have negative
attitudes towards trans people, or that persons who hold or manifest the belief
that same-sex sexual activity is sinful necessarily have negative attitudes
towards gay people. The judgment explains that: ‘it may be that some persons

assume that all do.’3

Children in England are back at school, in a new era of strict rules on what teachers can say about LGBTQIA+ identities.

Many view the new rules as directly parallel to Section 28, the now-revoked law that banned schools and local authorities from “promoting” gay identities until 2003.

The last time I got to be out with people was with lovely people from here, and I'm so grateful that they watched my back and kept me safe while I was with them. I have to admit being unable to go out much physically is convenient because that safety isn't guaranteed. And I don't pass at all
