Before NC took the death penalty off the table for Roy, his public defender was not a regular public defender. It was a team. It also drug the trial out YEARS. My dad was killed 2010. In July of this year, I saw him in court for a restraining order hearing for my older sister. That we lost. The things he said left me with this bitter ache 2443
