Today I got my flu shot and Covid booster. Three weeks ago, I got a pneumonia vaccine. Here's hoping they're all effective! I went to the supermarket for my shots, and since I got more than one, I received a $20 coupon to use at the store. Huzzah!

Today was my annual visit to the orthopedic surgeon to have my Swiss knees checked. I told the doctor that I'm in a lot of pain where the IT band attaches beside the left knee and it seizes up when I walk. He pulled on my leg, wiggled the joint, declared it inflamed, and gave me a steroid injection.
