Fucking called it. Dropped the reckless endangerment/with intent aggravating factor (ignore thensubtitle under the thumbnail, that's out of date). That reduces the maximum sentence from life to 3 months and a £2,500 fine. Makes it look like it doing something, while getting him back to work ASAP.

This study is also famously and obviously bunk. It wanted to show trans people were more mentally ill by proving they had more contact with mental health professionals than non-trans people. Y'know trans kids- who are forced to interact with mental health services to get treatment.
