The majority of "gender surgeries" for minors--I put quotes because this is a category that includes everything from the cosmetic to the actively life-saving--are performed on cis kids. A cis boy with breast growth can almost certainly get reduction; a trans boy in the same position likely can't.

I'm starting a business!

This is all very new and scary... but to raise funds I am selling Amy and Kitt merch on Bluesky.

These are hand made in my cottagey studio (my bedroom), with love and care and a little bit of haphazard clumsiness (shh).

If this kicks off, orders fund more designs, that's kinda how it works. Everything is made to order, using a super local little printworks in my home town.

But most importantly you're helping an independent trans-led business start from the ground up :)

DM me for more info, pricing, logistics, etc.

Will be easier to ship stuff to the UK. Some countries have strict regs on what can be sent there, so upcycling may not be possible. Postage may end up prohibitively expensive too.

New York sculptor spent $100,000 to make a Charlie Kirk statue no one wants to buy

A New York sculptor has been left furious after spending $100,000 of his own money to build a lifesize statue of Charlie Kirk, only to find that no one wants to buy it.

Sergio Furnari, originally from Italy, had hoped the statue of the deceased far-right activist, which he intends to display in Times Square, would raise “millions” of dollars. Instead, he said he has been inundated by messages from people saying they intend to urinate on the sculpture.

To add injury to insult, Furnari recently broke his foot working on the statue, after tripping over a roll of tape in his studio.

“Is it cursed? Maybe. I don’t know,” he told the Guardian.
