15-19 yo children not having babies should be being celebrated. Teen pregnancy rates bottoming out means that the kids are learning and growing rather than being a parent. I know the rates are also about white people mostly but this should be a huge victory based on the messaging in the 90s.

I just realized that US Bank is charging my disabled teenager $5 a month maintenance fee for his savings account. This ten kinds of bullshit.
