Given our topsy-turvy box office of late, I'd admittedly hoped The End of Oak Street would have stronger WOM to carry it through the rest of the summer. The most effective dino flick in a decade and a well-crafted original at that. Was very fun with a good crowd.

When I don't know what to watch I go to "films" on Letterboxd, choose a decade, sort by popularity, watch the first thing I haven't seen. Not foolproof, but mostly these are movies you should see. At least, that is, if there is some critical distance. The 2020s are full of "absolutely not" titles.
