Can we induce euphoria and mania with DBS in Parkinson? You bet we can as was shown by Coutinhou and colleagues in Tremor journal. Watch out for folks with baseline ICD, DDS or bipolar disorder. That deep ventral contact on DBS lead may trigger this…
