PL needs to do some proper coordination with the football league to guarantee not just points deduction to Championship, but consecutive points deductions for each relegation. Learn the lessons from Calciopoli and relegate them to League 2, over consecutive seasons if necessary.

Hard to imagine scrapping the triple lock to fund social care reforms as would poll as popular as this if they were individual policies. Also, calling it a national care service is a far more effective platform to convey to the public than just "reforms" as we have heard in the past.

The triple lock announcement today is essentially a shift to a long-run link to earnings. But with a minimum of inflation or 2.5% in any given year. Most importantly that removes the permanent ratchet above earnings.
