If NFL owners want to censor who performs in stadiums, they shouldn't ask taxpayers to help build them. You can't take public subsidies for stadiums then use them as your personal editorial board. Pay for it all out of your own pocket and hold as many Kid Rock concerts as you want to.

In San Diego they won't even let you cross the street directly from the light rail station to the largest hotel downtown. Instead they force you to cross 3 streets in a semi circle across a total of 17 lanes and in front of 4 potential right turn on reds. Just so cars can make a slightly faster turn

As an added bonus, it also promises Al companies that it'll keep their purchases under wraps - nobody wants to end up in the spotlight like Anthropic and Meta, obviously - while clearly sounding aware about how incredibly shady the practice sounds.

Two years ago, my colleagues and I were sued by Stephen Miller's America First Legal. The Hines v Stamos case — built atop a number of false allegations — was a central element of the "censorship industrial complex" myth. Today, that case was dismissed (by a Trump judge in LA). We won.

Meanwhile, here’s how Ohio’s governor, a Republican, responded to today’s decision.
X post from Jonathan Martin: Ohio Governor Mike DeWine issued the following statement on the Supreme Court of the United States' decision in Mullin v. Doe, regarding Temporary Protected Status (TPS):

"Today, the United States Supreme Court issued its ruling allowing Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to be canceled or expire.

"Today’s decision is a legal decision.  As I have stated in the past, the policy to remove these individuals from this country is a mistake.

"As a result of today’s ruling, the over 10,000 Haitians who have been living in Ohio (mostly in the Springfield area) legally through TPS will now be here illegally and will be subject to immediate deportation. This also means that while these Haitians were working and contributing to our community and economy yesterday, today it is now illegal to employ them."The situation in Haiti could hardly be much worse.  The violent gangs run most of the country.  The government barely functions.  And, the economy is in shambles.
"Further, our federal government has an advisory against traveling to Haiti, and our Federal Aviation Administration prohibits U.S. carriers from flying there because of the danger to planes of being shot at by the gangs.

"But, more importantly, changing the immigration status of these individuals is not in the best interest of the United States nor Ohio."

I would later find out that the federal government *knew* his farm was doing this. The FDA discovered the farm had a “standard practice” of producing cheese from milk suspected or known to contain pathogens, according to court documents. They told it to stop. That was two years ago.
Court records: "Records collected during the inspections document that Raw Farm’s standard practice is to make raw milk cheddar cheese from raw milk that is known or suspected to contain pathogens."
