This is a good article but it really should've focused more on landlords squeezing every penny from people. This man earns £34k a year and needs to earn more just to rent a shared room. Something needs to change and quickly. We can't end homelessness without dealing with landlords.

I have a Yamaha F310 which is around £130 new and it's a very good guitar for the price. It's a dreadnought, so quite big bodied, but it sounds fantastic. We'll worth considering, plus you'll have change for spare strings and a nice bag for it

Yeah I was in the worst place (mentally) I think I've ever been. Just stopped eating. The 82 was my target to get back to (average weight for the 12 months before I stopped eating) so I'm feeling quite celebratory and pleased with myself

So my GP is awful and their surgery feels like it's run on vibes, but the shining light there is the MH nurse who is an absolute angel Also, I'm back to my fighting weight of 82kg after dropping down to 51 back in 2023 thanks to severe depression psychosis. It's nice to not see my ribs and hip bones
