It’s worth noting that Taco Bell identified the source before the FDA did, and promptly pulled it from their stores. The FDA didn’t even name the source until Taylor Farms outed themselves, and hasn’t issued a recall. Basically, Taco Bell is now a more reliable authority than the FDA.

Another cyclist was just doored in front of Riley O'Neil's memorial on Halsted Street. This happened about one hour ago. The cyclist declined medical treatment from the ambulance and rode away. Unfucking real. You can see the broken car window on the driver's door. #bikeChi

i hate the Clark/Halsted/Barry intersection so much. the crosswalks are so long, and don't actually point towards the parts of the sidewalk you'd want to arrive at. so much dead space in the middle. as a bike rider i just gotta Hope every time i approach this intersection, even with bike lanes.

gorgeous pog slammers I spotted in an antique store recently. kinda regret not picking it up cuz I definitely had at least three of these slammers as a kid lol. the fluorescent pink and metallic silver inks on the packaging are fab.
